To return the jewel must be in perfect condition and did not exceed 1 week after delivery. Collection costs will be borne by the customer.

How to buy through our online store?

Steps to successfully complete a purchase at the online store Lucia Art Market.


STEP 1

You need to be registered because we need your data to complete the purchase process. You can register during the checkout process.

STEP 2

Select / the article / s that you like the catalog and click on the "Add to cart" for each of them.

Login to your basket on the top tab "Shopping Cart" to see how many items you have selected and you can edit what you have chosen (quantities, measurements, or delete one in particular).

If you want to add more items click "Continue shopping".

If you cancel your order click on "Empty cart".

To start the purchase process just click on "Confirm Order".

STEP 3

If you have not previously registered, fill the form with your personal data, or enter your name and e-mail if you are a registered user.

In "My Account" user have the ability to modify your information, check your purchase history and status thereof.

We currently have available 2 forms of payment:

IMPORTANT:

  1. All products are guaranteed against any manufacturing defect.
  2. Our delivery time is between 5 and 7 days after ordering.
  3. Receive an email notification at the time of issuance of your order.
  4. Prices include VAT as both freight within the Iberian Peninsula and on orders above 300 € for the rest of Spanish territory. For orders of a magnitude less transport is 7 € for the Balearic Islands and 10 € for the Canary Islands.
  5. All our shipments are done through carriers with which we ensure our products.
  6. Our products are packaged one by one and amply protected in a packing box to ensure its integrity.
  7. The delivery takes place during the time slot of the freight (from 10:00 to 14:00 hours and from 16'00 to 19'00).
  8. The shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer.
